Marquee Builders, LLC builds between 20 -25
homes a year, with prices mostly in the range of
$350,000 to $700,000. Tom Ryan and Jeff
Imobersteg are the owners who strive for luxury
as a standard. They started the company over 10
years ago working in communities like River Run,
Newcastle, Hemlock Pines and Gardner Lane.
Jeff brings years of experience that was taught
him through generations of family builders while
Tom compliments his builder background with his
architectural degree from Virginia Tech.
Together both upgrade the building process to
include many features others charge extra for. |
